The fees are based on the role/ position needed and the market of candidates for that given role. In most cases, the fee is 25% of the candidate’s 1st year’s salary and paid in 1-2 installments.
I have placed construction professionals in markets all over the United States. Both large and small markets. A few are: New York, Miami, The Rocky Mountains, Tennessee, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, and West Palm Beach.
Most often Project Managers, Project Engineers & Superintendents. I have also placed other roles like Executive Assistant, VP of business development, Director of Operations, and Area Principle.
From 2 weeks to 6 months. It totally depends on the market, the opportunity, your company, and your engagement.
