Growing up I spent years in the construction space. One of my first jobs was working with a local construction company doing design, estimating, and sales. After a few years, the Lord led me to an opportunity in construction recruiting, where I have had the privilege of placing people all over the United States. I have been honored to place roles like project engineers, superintendents, project managers, VPs, and even principals.
Now I run a small company and seek to do highly relational and human work - building relationships and companies with great people.
To me - this industry is about hard work, integrity, and as I said, relationships. I aim to build trust with people through listening and solving problems.

The name Artisan Recruiting comes from the Hebrew word Charash (חָרָשׁ), referring to highly skilled professionals who built God’s temple—dedicated craftsmen working with precision and purpose. Just as these artisans shaped the temple by hand, today, we continue to build God’s temple—not with wood and stone, but through the skillful kingdom work of sharing Christ’s death and resurrection. In the recruiting space- I aim to be intentional, custom, and skillful in my work.
The drafting compass in the logo symbolizes both this divine craftsmanship and a human-centered recruiting process—one that is intentional, personal, and custom-tailored to the needs of candidates and clients.
