I’ll keep it short - growing up I spent years in the construction space. One of my first jobs was working with a local construction company doing design, estimating, and sales. After a few years, God led me to an opportunity in construction recruiting, where I have had the privilege of placing people all over the United States. I have been honored to place roles like project engineers, superintendents, project managers, VPs, and even principals.
Now I operate a small company (Artisan Recruiting) and seek to do highly relational and human work - building relationships and companies with great people.

To me - this industry is about hard work, integrity, and as I said, relationships. My aim is to build trust with people through listening and solving problems.
